Abstract
This report focuses on a group of young people who are not involved in full-time education or the labour force, that is, they are not studying full-time, nor are they working or looking for work. The report has three broad aims : to investigate the socio-demographic and educational profiles of those young people; to investigate the activities of this group; and to investigate the stability over time of the group.
