Global literacy

Abstract

Australian school library staff are becoming increasingly involved in international relationships, projects and issues. This article discusses what 'global literacy' means to teacher librarians and their students. Described are a number of resources which support global literacy including online collaborative projects, international celebrations and international associations. Includes bibliographical references.
