Abstract
This is the final report summarising the evaluation of the South Australian Department for Education’s Early Career Teacher Development (ECTD) Program, conducted by the Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER). Report 3 presents the results and findings of a process and impact evaluation, and the recommendations for program improvement that have emerged.
