Abstract

As an educational leader, you are responsible for implementing evidence-informed practice at your school. Implementation involves planning and managing intentional activities. Being a leader means that you need to consider the six recommendations for good implementation (Sharples, Albers, Fraser, Deeble, & Vaughan, 2019) as well as identify the active ingredients required to make your implementation work (Sharples et al., 2019).
