Abstract

This report details an evaluative study of the Safe Schools Hub (SSH) conducted to determine its effectiveness in improving education and wellbeing outcomes for students. This commissioned research engaged a diverse range of stakeholders, from education and associated sectors, to obtain their insights and feedback on the SSH to assess the function, content and perceived effectiveness of this resource to direct future implementations. Analytics data were also examined to provide insights into the nature of users' engagement with the SSH. The report describes the key findings including: who uses the resource; why and how it is being used; the technical considerations such as navigability and discoverability of the website; and suggestions for future improvements to the resource. It includes a list of key recommendations with relation to awareness raising about the SSH, website design, and the purpose and context of the SSH. [Introduction, ed]
