BBSc (Psych) Flinders
Toby Carslake is a Research Officer, Effective Practice in Education at the Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER). As a member of the Australian Surveys team, he has contributed to many projects such as the Survey of Teachers in Pre-Primary Education (STEPP) and the Teaching and Learning International Survey (TALIS) 2018. Toby also has experience in survey design, administration and item scale construction. He also has experience in program evaluation, data analysis and reporting for both qualitative and quantitative data. Prior to joining ACER in 2016, he worked on the Longitudinal Surveys of Australian Youth (LSAY) Y15 cohort questionnaire at NCVER.
