    Stavroula is a Research Fellow in Assessment and Psychometric Research Division, where she has worked since 2008. She has worked on a wide range of projects involving test and scale development, including contributing to the development of an online learning metric for Mathematics for the ACER Centre for Global Assessment Monitoring (GEM) (2016–2017); the ACER International Schools Assessment (ISA) (2009–2017); the UK Standards and Testing Agency (STA) Key Stage 2 Mathematics tests (2014–2017); ACER Progressive Achievement Tests in Science (PAT Science) (2008–2009); and the New Zealand Adult Numeracy Assessment (2009).
     
    Stavroula also developed and reviewed mathematics teaching resources to support schools using ACER’s Progressive Achievement Tests in Mathematics (2013–2015).
     
    Before joining ACER Stavroula taught Mathematics and Science at all levels of secondary school for five years. Stavroula has recently completed a Master of Education, with a focus on mathematics teaching and learning.
