Dr. Zhang is an experienced psychometrician and research leader with a sustained record of high-quality educational research published and presented nationally and internationally. He has led multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex projects to defined objectives, standards, timelines and budgets. His work also spans advanced statistical modelling such as test fraud detection, fuzzy matching techniques, test calibration and equating methodologies, alongside large-scale data processing for over 60,000 students annually across 60 countries.
