About
Dr Kemran Mestan, PhD Swin, MPhil Melb, BArts (Hons) Melb, is a Research Fellow in the Education Policy and Practice Program at ACER. Kemran undertakes and manages research projects to deliver quality products for our clients. The products include: proposals, plans, conceptual frameworks, survey instruments, learning materials, assessment frameworks, and reports. Producing these outputs involves: project management, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, data analysis and communicating research through reports, articles and presentations. Examples of Kemran’s projects include: managing and producing the reports for Assessment for Minimum Proficiency Levels (AMPL), managing and revising the Assessment Framework for the OECD International Early Learning and Child Well-Being Study, and producing a rapid review of emergencies in education literature.
